Condition of land use in Koh Khanun Subdistrict Phanom Sarakham District Chachoengsao Province The survey by the Land Use Condition Analysis Group ( 2021 ) consists of various types of land use as follows:
1) Community and buildings area is 15,373 rai or 14.12 percent of the sub-district area.
2) Agricultural area, occupying an area of 66,242 rai or 60.85 percent of the sub-district area, consists of various agricultural land utilization as follows:
2 1) Paddy field area of 1 0589 hectares or 9.73 per cent of the district, including 626 hectares of abandoned farmland or an area of 0.57 paddy area is 9 , 964 hectares, or 9 percent, 0.15.
2.2) Field crops with an area of 31 ,284 rai or 28 . 74 percent of the sub-district area, such as abandoned fields, corn, sugarcane, cassava, pineapple
2.3) Perennial plants covering an area of 28,145 rai or 25.85 percent of the sub-district area, including abandoned / deteriorated woody plants, mixed trees, rubber, oil palm, eucalyptus, teak, neem, pine pradipat, acacia, bamboo for trade.
2.4) Fruit trees with an area of 3,049 rai or 2 .80 percent of the sub-district area, such as abandoned / deteriorated fruit trees, mixed fruit trees, coconut, mango, cashew, banana, longan, papaya, jackfruit, lime, dragon fruit, pomelo, maprang / mayong chid.
2.5) Horticultural crops covering an area of 282 rai or 0 .26 percent of the sub-district area, including vegetables and mushrooms.
2.6) Pastures and animal houses with an area of 2,745 rai or 2.52% of the sub-district area, such as abandoned houses, pastures Cattle-buffalo and horse houses Poultry houses and pig houses
2.7) The aquaculture facility has an area of 581 rai or 0.53 percent of the sub-district area, including abandoned aquaculture facilities. mixed aquaculture facility fish farming facility and shrimp breeding sites
2.8) Integrated agriculture, covering an area of 157 rai or 0.14 % of the sub-district area, i.e. mixed farming / mixed farming.

Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict is divided into 2 administrative areas as follows:
- Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict Municipality Located in the east of Chachoengsao Province. It is about 57 kilometers from Chachoengsao Province, with a total area of 12.59 square kilometers. It consists of some areas in Village No. 2, Village No. 9, and Village No. 10, with the north adjacent to Village No. 7, Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict. Phanom-Sarakham District Chachoengsao Province South adjacent to Village No. 1, Village No. 10, Village No. 11Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict Phanom Sarakham District Chachoengsao Province East next to Khok Thai Subdistrict Si Mahosot District, Nong Phong Subdistrict, Si Maha Pho District Prachinburi Province And the west is adjacent to Mu 1 and Moo 8, Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict. 6) Major attractions
Khao Hin Sorn Sub-district has an important tourist attraction, which is the Khao Hin Sorn Royal Development Study Center. It is an agricultural learning center that has divided areas for demonstration and experimentation, such as land development work. 8) Agricultural land holding
Department of Agricultural Extension in 2019 conducted a survey of land holdings according to the plots of farmer households who informed the improvement of agricultural activities each year in Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict. It was found that there were 772 farming households , 16,859 rai of land holding or 18.94 rai of average holding area per household. 9) Economic
Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict is divided into 2 administrative areas as follows:
– Economic condition of Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict Municipality Most of the population are general contractors. followed by trade, other occupations, company employees, agriculture, civil servants and state enterprises and private businesses, respectively (Department of Community Development , 2019 ). The agricultural occupation of Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict Municipality has a large number of cassava cultivation. Because the conditions of the area are suitable for cultivation and there are sources of purchase within the sub-district. There are also orchards, rice cultivation and animal husbandry.
– Economic condition of the administrative area of Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict Service Organization Most of the population are general contractors. followed by agriculture, trading, company employees, other occupations, personal businesses and government officials and state enterprises, respectively (Department of Community Development , 2019 ). Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict has an area suitable for agriculture. Which will rely on water sources from the creek, Khlong Ramom branch, Khlong Si Yat, various reservoirs. and natural water sources mainly for agriculture Most of the population grows cassava, which is the highest income crop for farmers. followed by sowing, orchards, soybean cultivation and animal husbandry
9.1) Occupation
From the data from the Department of Community Development (JorPorPor.) in 2019, it was found that the population in Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict will engage in general employment followed by agriculture and trading, respectively. Khao Hin Sorn sub-district has a lowland area and a corrugated plain at the foot of the mountain, therefore suitable for farming. Most of the population is rice cultivation, field crops, short-lived crops. And animal husbandry, there are additional occupations such as making souvenirs made from borneol, camphor (moo 4, Ban Prue Wai), making brooms, embroidered shirts (moo 14, Ban Nong Prueai). 9.1.1) Farming occupations include growing cassava, rice, and soybeans. Fisheries are raising herbivorous fish. Livestock occupations include chickens, pigs, ducks, buffaloes, and beef cattle, which are produced for distribution and production for consumption. When left over from consumption, it will be sold as an additional income for the family.

9.2) Labor
There are many factories in Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict, both locally and abroad. causing workers to come to work in various factories and live in nearby motels to facilitate the commute to work Most of the workers are young and working age.
9.3) Agricultural water resources
Khao Hin Sorn Sub-district has natural water sources for agriculture from various branches of creeks, Khlong Rabom, Khlong Si Yat, and reservoirs. But still not enough for agriculture all year round.
9.4) Income-Expense
From the data from the Department of Community Development ( Por.P.P. ) in 2019, it was found that the average income of the people in Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict has an average household income of 299,844.92 baht per year, average household expenditure 184,933.34 baht per year, average personal income 105,991.08 baht per year expenditure. the average person 60,028.81 baht per year on household income, household expenditure will be more than 114 per year , 911.58 baht and individual income over expenditure per person-year, 45 , 962.27 baht (Department of Community development , 2019 ).
