The agricultural occupation of Khao Hin Sorn Subdistrict Municipality has a large number of cassava cultivation. Because the conditions of the area are suitable for cultivation and there are sources of purchase within the sub-district. There are also orchards, rice cultivation and animal husbandry.

Khao Hin Sorn sub-district has a lowland area and a corrugated plain at the foot of the mountain, therefore suitable for farming. Most of the population is rice cultivation, field crops, short-lived crops. And animal husbandry, there are additional occupations such as making souvenirs made from borneol, camphor (moo 4, Ban Prue Wai), making brooms, embroidered shirts (moo 14, Ban Nong Prueai).
